This Privacy Policy outlines the data handling practices of Pixeova, an AI-powered visual creation tool designed for lightweight, fast, and accessible image and video generation services. This policy applies to all users who access and use the Pixeova application on mobile devices and compatible operating systems.
Pixeova prioritizes user privacy and simplicity, and this document fully discloses all data processing activities conducted by our application, with no hidden practices, uncertain provisions, or reserved rights. To deliver our AI visual creation functions normally, Pixeova only processes temporary user-uploaded image files and user-input custom prompt content during the real-time service session. These data are solely used to execute the AI generation algorithm, render stylized images and dynamic videos, and complete the user’s requested visual creation tasks.
Under no circumstances do we collect or store user facial information during file uploading, image analysis, AI rendering, or video generation processes. All uploaded visual materials are only processed in real time for the current user operation and will not be permanently saved on our servers or local device cache after the user completes the creation operation and exits the corresponding function page.
We do not scan, identify, or extract any biometric information from user-uploaded images, including but not limited to facial features, facial contours, facial expression data, or other facial-related biometric details. Even if uploaded images contain facial content, Pixeova’s AI model only performs overall style conversion, color adjustment, frame dynamic prediction, and visual effect optimization on the entire image.
Pixeova does not collect location information, device contact lists, browsing records, search history, microphone data, camera real-time capture data, or sensitive device identification information beyond temporary local file access required for image selection.
All user-uploaded images, input prompt text, and generated visual works are processed in real time during active use. After the user finishes the creation operation, saves the work locally, or closes the application interface, all temporary operation data will be automatically cleared from our system memory and server cache.
Users’ locally saved visual works are completely stored on the user’s personal device, and Pixeova has no ability to access, read, or obtain these local files. We do not synchronize local user files to any cloud server, nor do we conduct background scanning of user local files.
Pixeova does not share, sell, rent, or transfer any user data to third-party companies, organizations, or individuals for commercial or non-commercial purposes. There is no third-party data collection interface embedded in the application, and no third-party SDK is set to obtain user private data.
Our AI generation service relies on standardized public algorithm models for visual rendering, and these models only process overall image visual effects and do not identify, capture, or store facial information. No third-party service provider will obtain any user facial data through Pixeova.

Intelligent motion prediction for dynamic video generation only analyzes overall pixel change and frame logic to ensure video fluency — it does not perform targeted identification of facial areas. Style presets perform overall visual style replacement without extracting facial feature information.
Since Pixeova does not collect, store or retain user personal information — including zero collection of facial information — users fully control their use behaviors and creation content. Users can freely upload images, generate videos, save or delete local works without generating traceable private data records on our platform.
There is no need for users to apply for data deletion, data inquiry, or privacy authorization cancellation for facial or sensitive personal data that we never collect.
This Privacy Policy is a final and effective document applicable to the current version of Pixeova. If the application function is iterated and optimized, we will update the privacy policy in a timely manner through the official application page.
